You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the rates offered by our shipping carriers and the promotions we may run. We do our very best to provide fast, economical shipping to our customers!
Orders eligible for FREE SHIPPING are sent via USPS First Class. First Class mail does not come with a time guarantee, but is usually within 3 to 7 business days and comes with tracking but does not come with insurance.
All standard shipping is by USPS First Class mail by default and comes with tracking but does not come with shipping insurance. Standard shipping with tracking and insurance is available.
All shipping transit estimates including during checkout are provided by shipping carriers, and they are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping failures are not the fault of Purplacatkids and do not reflect how we treat our customers. What happens after the shipment leaves our warehouse is out of our control.
It is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance during checkout so that you are covered by the postal carrier for damaged, lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
If your package is marked as delivered we recommend talking to your neighbors or local postman because they usually remember if the package was delivered or not, and possibly even know where it could be!
Domestic orders are not determined lost until 30 days post last shipment status update.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
